The hotel will open its doors in December 2008 with 186 luxurious rooms and suites and a Kempinski Spa of 3000 sqm with an indoor and outdoor pool.

A separate Congress Center for up to 250 guests with stunning views over the Adriatic Sea on the  Slovenian and the Italian coast as well as a private marina are part of this new extraordinary property.

Set in one of the most beautiful parts of the coast of Istria, touching nature in a lush green landscape surrounding - also known as the 'Green Mediterranean Hideaway' the hotel sets a modern contemporary trend.

Three restaurants serving International and Istrian cuisine in an area which is famous for truffles and olive oil.
